Wrong Items

If we screw up and send the wrong items we will gladly send the correct ones. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the wrong item to be returned to us at no additional cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive items that are defective or damaged we'll gladly replace them for you. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the damaged or defective items to be returned to us at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Sizes

If you order the wrong size, you may exchange unworn and unwashed shirts. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the shirt to us. We will send replacement shirts once we get your returned shirts.

Music Products: CDs / Records / Cassettes

We don't take returns on opened music products unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective music products will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you.

Please e-mail to let us know if you need to return or exchange items. Please include a note with your name, address, contact info, order number, and why you are returning the item with the return package.
